The fishing was still good this week, but the marsh was impacted a fair amount by the storms. The water was a little stained and the bite was a bit slower than what we have experienced in weeks previous. However, we managed some BIG fish over the course of a few days and the flounder bite is really good if you don’t mind covering some ground and pounding the banks with some artificial baits. The week ahead looks great and we have our June flood tides to look forward to this weekend. The tailing fish should be doing their thing. Call me if you are interested in getting out for a flood tide.
